【鼻敏感口服藥】

口服抗組織胺 

• 具備抗過敏功效，可以減少鼻痕癢、打噴嚏、流鼻水症狀
• 噴鼻式類固醇去鼻塞效果相對口服抗組織胺比較理想
• 常見適應症：流鼻水、打噴嚏等上呼吸道症狀、鼻敏感、皮膚敏感 ;
• 部分第一代抗組織胺常用於止暈止嘔、暈車、暈機和暈船

第一代及第二代口服抗敏感藥比較： 

通鼻塞藥

• 收縮鼻腔內血管，減少血流和腫脹， 從而達到通鼻塞功效
• 對其他鼻敏感症狀（鼻痕癢、收鼻水）沒有幫助，建議與口服抗組織胺一同使用
